Our working students

The hard working heart of Team EMS comes from the excellent job our dedicated working students put in every day. From barn work to exercise riding to show grooming, they are an integral part of it all and without their ambition and zeal, EMS wouldn't be nearly the upbeat, lively, well-oiled machine it is!

We are very lucky to have such great young horsewomen working up the ranks with us and always welcome new faces eager to join our team! Contact us if you're interested in becoming a working student for Team EMS today!

Erin Hall McDonald

Erin has experience with multiple disciplines other than dressage, the most recent being barrel racing. She will finish her associates degree in Equine Studies from the North American Racing Academy in spring of 2019 and later continue to the University of Kentucky to pursue a bachelors in marketing. Her dream is to be a 3-day eventer and she wants to take her riding as far as she can on a professional level. She is very excited to see what she and Crunch might accomplish in their time together at Team EMS.

Angel Antonaccio

Angel is from Ocala, Florida where she'd been riding Hunter/Jumpers for 13 years. Before moving to Kentucky, she showed at HITS Ocala in Novice equitation. She is currently a student at Bluegrass Community Technical College, studying Education. When she first started working with Team EMS,  she admits she knew absolutely nothing about dressage, but plans on learning as much as she can because dressage training helps her become

a better rider.
